What do you do after speaking to 100+ elementary school kids about insects? Well, I ate an eXo protein bar! I also made ramen noodles with organic vegetable broth and added some Chapulines. This week we are focusing on the Asia Region. This is the largest region and we are excited to dive in.

The stomach bug is not a good bug to have in your stomach. Avoid at all costs!!! Today I had to rest and recover from a system purge caused by a stomach bug, not an insect. We also discuss what orphanages in Africa eat.

Today we had the opportunity to share our story with Silas' 6th grade class as we served homemade cricket powder infused cupcakes, rice crispy treats, chocolate covered crickets and chapulines. We rescue a baby bird and make cricket mac & cheese!

Cinco De Mayo with Chapulines... So good!
