I am two weeks in and down 7 lbs as of Monday night May, 15th. Just two days after I took last weeks pictures I got a 24 hour bug and lost 3-4 lbs over night. When I got up Thursday I was feeing better so I pressed on. By Saturday am I had put 2 pounds back on and I had my energy running at full steam. I only worked out once due to a full day on Tuesday and then getting sick on Wednesday. You can see by these pictures some real change. I understand that the goal is to only lose one pound a week, however, this is a big change on my body so I figured I would lose 2+ per week.
One week in and I lost about 3 lbs. You can see a bit of a shift especially from the front pictures. The first week was a little rough and took some adjusting. I feel like my intestines clean themselves out and that attribute to a lot of the lose. I only worked out twice and the second workout was really light.
I started about 6 weeks prior to the campaign to get my body adjusted to not completely shock my system. At that time I was right at 200 lbs. According to my Bod Pod I weighed in at 191 lbs when these pictures were taken. The InBody scan from Complete Fitness showed me weighing 193 lbs with pants and a shirt.
